Each building includes:

- Shared loading docks, pit levelers, and forklifts
- Daily UPS/FedEx/USPS pickups from gated drop bins
- Gigabit Wi-Fi and dedicated power inside every suite
- Conference rooms, phone booths, and a photo studio
- 24/7 mobile + keycard access and an on-site General Manager

Target customers: e-commerce sellers (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon), DTC brands doing $1M–$10M, makers, light wholesalers, and field-service operators who need a base near the city.

Pricing tier vs. competitors: positioned between WareSpace (mid-market) and Saltbox (premium/full-service). EasyBay does not run fulfillment for members — members run their own operations using EasyBay's space, equipment, and logistics infrastructure.

- **Extra Large** (1,501+ sq ft): ~80 pallets · 12–20 employees

Suites are priced by market and by suite size. Across the Charlotte building rents run $885 to $5,087 a month, all-inclusive.

Memberships begin with a 3-month term and convert to month-to-month afterward. Pricing is all-inclusive with no per-seat charges and no metered conference-room credits. Each building is priced for its own market, so ask for a quote for the building you want.

A 3PL stores your inventory and ships orders for you. EasyBay gives you the physical space, equipment, and operational support to run shipping yourself (or hire a small in-house team). It's the right fit when you want operational control and the ability to scale your team without a long industrial lease.

### How long is the commitment?

Memberships start as a 3-month term and automatically convert to month-to-month afterward. You can upsize, downsize, or transfer to another EasyBay city at any time with no broker fees and no build-out costs.
