Each building includes:

- Shared loading docks, pit levelers, and forklifts
- Daily UPS/FedEx/USPS pickups from gated drop bins
- Gigabit Wi-Fi and dedicated power inside every suite
- Conference rooms, phone booths, and a photo studio
- 24/7 mobile + keycard access and an on-site General Manager

Target customers: e-commerce sellers (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon), DTC brands doing $1M–$10M, makers, light wholesalers, and field-service operators who need a base near the city.

Pricing tier vs. competitors: positioned between WareSpace (mid-market) and Saltbox (premium/full-service). EasyBay does not run fulfillment for members — members run their own operations using EasyBay's space, equipment, and logistics infrastructure.

Memberships start as a 3-month term and automatically convert to month-to-month afterward. You can upsize, downsize, or transfer to another EasyBay city at any time with no broker fees and no build-out costs.
