Westbelt, Columbus

EasyBay's first building is 200,000 sqft in Westbelt, the established warehouse-and-flex district on Columbus's west side, off the I-270 outerbelt near Hilliard. It's a working industrial submarket, not a repurposed office park, built for the way product businesses actually ship. We're pre-leasing now and opening in phases; nothing is open yet, and joining the early list holds founding-member rates and first pick of suites. We started here for the logistics: Columbus puts roughly half the US population within about a day's truck drive, and Westbelt sits on top of the highway, air-cargo, and rail access that makes that reach usable.

What's included in base rent?

Your private, conditioned suite, reservable dock access, utilities, and building-wide gigabit WiFi, plus pallet jacks, phone booths, and full run of the common spaces and kitchen, with free snacks and beverages. It also bundles the memberships for your size (1 for Starter up to 5 for XL), each including 10 hours of credits a month. All-inclusive: no CAM charges, no triple-net surprises.

How do memberships and credit hours work?

Each membership is a seat: full amenity access plus 10 hours a month of conference-room credits, pooled across your team. Extra seats are $149/mo each, added or dropped on your monthly invoice.

What's the minimum term?

Three months. After that you're month-to-month. Grow, shrink, or leave with 30 days' notice.

Do you fulfill orders for me?

No. EasyBay isn't a 3PL. You keep your own process, your own QC, your own margins. When you need hands, on-demand labor is bookable by the hour.

How does receiving work?

You handle your own freight, inbound and outbound. Reserve a dock door for the time slot you need and coordinate directly with your carrier on which door to pull up to. The docks are yours to book; there's no front desk routing shipments for you.

Can I resize without signing a new lease?

Yes. Submit a resize request from the portal, see the exact rate delta before you commit, and move racking down the hall. Your membership carries over.

When do the buildings open?

Orlando opens mid-2027 and Columbus in late 2027. Both are pre-leasing now. Join the waitlist to be first when new cities open.

What does an extra teammate cost?

$149/mo per add-on membership. Each one adds 24/7 building access and 10 more pooled credit hours. Day visitors ride on guest passes, free.
