About EasyBay
Warehouses, built the way founders need them.
Industrial real estate hasn't kept up with how product businesses actually grow. We're fixing that — one building, one city, one founder at a time.
EasyBay started because two operators kept running into the same problem: every product brand under $10M in revenue is too small for traditional industrial real estate, and too big for a 3PL. They live in a gap.
We built EasyBay to fill that gap. Private suites, shared equipment, month-to-month terms, and a small team on site who actually knows what it takes to ship products. The way coworking changed office space, we're changing warehouse space.
Today we're pre-leasing in Orlando and Columbus, opening in 2027. By the end of next year, we plan to be in three more cities — picked by where founders tell us they're stuck.
