Pricing is set by market and by suite size. Each suite has one flat, all-in monthly rate for the whole suite, with no per-seat charges. The posted rate is the 12-month rate.

Your private, conditioned suite, utilities, building Wi-Fi, the shared loading docks, conference and phone-booth use, the mail room and package drop, and the common spaces: a photo studio, a break room and an oasis lounge. Your whole team gets 24/7 building access, and guest passes are included. Conference rooms are included, not metered. No CAM charges, no triple-net, no build-out.

No. Pricing is per suite, not per seat. Add your whole team to the account with 24/7 building access at no extra charge, so hiring never changes your invoice. Day visitors use guest passes, also free.

Choose a 6- or 12-month term; there is nothing shorter. The posted rate is the 12-month rate, and a 6-month term is a 10% premium on it.

Yes. While a building is pre-leasing, a 12-month term comes with 3 months free and a 6-month term with 1 month free. The offer is applied automatically when you confirm.

Yes. Ask to move into a larger suite when one is open. You see the new rate before you commit, everything included carries over, and there are no broker fees or build-out costs.

Private warehouse and light-office suites that small product brands rent on 6- or 12-month terms instead of a multi-year industrial lease. You get your own lockable suite plus a shared building: loading docks, Wi-Fi, conference rooms, phone booths and common spaces.

Every warehouse suite is private, conditioned and lockable, with double doors. Suite walls are 12 ft, and you can store up to 12 ft high. Every building offers suites in the same five size classes.

You handle your own freight, inbound and outbound. Every loading dock in the building is shared among members; there are no private docks. Parcels and carrier deliveries come through the mail room and package drop.

Yes. Every EasyBay building has multiple phone booths and at least one conference room, all included in your rent.

Product-based small businesses that are too big for a garage and too small for a traditional industrial lease: typically e-commerce sellers (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon), DTC brands doing $1M to $10M, makers, light wholesalers, and field-service operators who need a base near the city.

No. EasyBay isn't a 3PL. A 3PL stores your inventory and ships orders for you; EasyBay gives you the space to run shipping yourself or with a small in-house team. You keep your own process, your own QC and your own margins. When you need extra hands, on-demand labor is available for members to book.

Through the waitlist for now. Pick the suites you like on the floor plan and join the waitlist, and the EasyBay leasing team follows up. Every application is reviewed and approved by a person on the EasyBay team, and nothing is charged until you're approved.

Once a building opens, move-in can be scheduled within 24 hours of approval. Access is set up for you and everyone on your account.

Not yet. Nothing is open, so there's no building to walk. The leasing plan online is traced from the architect's drawing and is the most accurate picture of the space today. If you have questions, contact us.

Charlotte, NC is the first EasyBay building and is pre-leasing now. Jacksonville, FL is pre-leasing too, with no building signed yet. Columbus, OH is a market we're evaluating. Nothing is open yet.
