Pricing

How much does co-warehousing cost?

All-inclusive suite pricing, set by market and by suite size. One rate covers the space, the equipment, and the team. No CAM, no triple-net, no build-out.

In short: EasyBay suites are priced by market and by suite size. In Charlotte they run $885 to $5,087 a month, from the smallest bay to the largest, with private offices from $458. Utilities, Wi-Fi, shared docks, forklifts, receiving, and amenities are bundled into one rate.

Unlike a traditional lease, there's no separate stack of utility, internet, CAM, and triple-net bills, and no build-out to fund. Whatever your suite quotes at is close to your real all-in cost.

All-inclusive. 3-month start, then month-to-month. No per-seat charges and no metered room credits. The live floor plan shows the exact monthly rate for every suite in the building.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions about co-warehousing pricing

  • How much does co-warehousing cost?

Co-warehousing in the US typically runs from a few hundred dollars a month for a small starter suite to $5,000+ per month for a large suite, depending on city and square footage. EasyBay suites are priced by market and by suite size. In Charlotte they run $885 to $5,087 a month, all-inclusive: utilities, Wi-Fi, shared docks, forklifts, receiving, and amenities are bundled into one rate.

  • What's included in the EasyBay price?

Everything: your private conditioned suite, gigabit Wi-Fi, 24/7 keycard access, shared loading docks and forklifts, daily UPS/FedEx/USPS pickups from drop bins, conference rooms and phone booths, a photo studio, on-demand labor (bookable), and an on-site General Manager. There are no CAM charges, no triple-net, and no separate utility accounts.

  • Is there a long-term contract?

No. Memberships start with a 3-month term and then convert to month-to-month, so you can grow, shrink, or leave with 30 days' notice. There's no multi-year lease and no build-out cost.

  • How does co-warehousing pricing compare to a traditional lease?

A traditional industrial lease looks cheaper per square foot but adds NNN/CAM, utilities, internet, build-out, racking, equipment, and a multi-month deposit. Co-warehousing rolls all of that into one monthly rate, so for small-to-mid footprints the all-in cost is usually lower and far less risky.

  • Can I add team members?

Yes, at no extra charge. EasyBay doesn't price per seat. Your whole team gets 24/7 building access and full amenity access on the same flat monthly rate, so hiring doesn't change your invoice. Pick the suite that fits your footprint and your headcount follows.
